If you have a voucher as a compensation for the cancellation of Friday, October 13, 2023 or chose to exchange your Friday ticket for a new ticket for 2024, follow the instructions below to find out how you can use your voucher as payment method for Tomorrowland Brasil 2024 tickets.
Tomorrowland Brasil vouchers
Tomorrowland Brasil could not open its doors on Friday October 13, 2023.
All ticket holders were contacted by email, offering the option of a (partial) refund of the ticket price, a new ticket or a voucher for Tomorrowland Brasil 2024 tickets.
If you have opted to receive a voucher or a new ticket for 2024, follow the instructions below to use them in the exclusive pre-sale between April 18 and 20, 2024.
How to use your Tomorrowland Brasil voucher
STEP 1: Tomorrowland Account
On the day of the ticket sale, access your Tomorrowland Account. On the home page, click on the "Voucher Pre-Sale" button to be redirected to the ticket store.
STEP 2: Enter your e-mail
To access the ticket shop, enter your email (the same one used for ticket purchase last year) in the designated field.
STEP 3: Choose ticket
Choose the type of ticket you want and follow the usual purchase flow.
STEP 4: Check final price
At check-out, the value of your voucher will be automatically deducted from the final price. If the final purchase price is higher than the amount of your voucher, you will see the remaining purchase price.
STEP 5: Complete purchase
Enter your credit card or PIX details and complete your purchase.
Please note: if the total amount of your purchase is less than your voucher amount, the remaining balance will be available until October 13, 2024, and can be used to buy another ticket for the Tomorrowland Brasil. Vouchers cannot be used to purchase Add-Ons.

Hotel Package vouchers
All ticket holders who purchased a Hotel Package for 2023 were contacted by email, offering the option of a (partial) refund of the package price or a voucher with a partial amount to purchase a new Global Journey Travel Package on 2024.
If you have opted to receive a voucher, follow the instructions below to use them in the exclusive pre-sale on April 18, 2024.
How to use your Hotel Package voucher
STEP 1: Tomorrowland Account
On the day of the pre-sale, access your Tomorrowland Account. On the homepage, click on the "Global Journey Sales" button to be redirected to the Global Journey Travel Packages Sales shop.
STEP 2: Choose your package type
Choose the type of package you want and follow the usual purchase flow.
STEP 3: Check final price
At check-out, the value of your voucher will be automatically deducted from the final price. If the final purchase price is higher than the amount of your voucher, you will see the remaining purchase price.
STEP 4: Complete purchase
Enter your details and complete your purchase.
Vouchers cannot be used to purchase Tickets or Add-Ons.
