Beware of unofficial sales channels. Do not click on suspicious websites.
The only online way to purchase tickets for Tomorrowland Brasil 2024 is through the link found in your Tomorrowland Account, which should be accessed at my.tomorrowland.com or via Official Travel Partners. You will be automatically redirected to the official ticket store.
Pre-Registration
To access the ticket sale for Tomorrowland Brasil 2024, the first step is to complete the Pre-Registration in your Tomorrowland Account. Important: Pre-Registration for the General Ticket Sale opens on April 10 at 10:00 BRT / 15:00 CEST and closes on May 1 at 10:00 BRT / 15:00 CEST.
If you already have an account, simply click on 'Register for Tomorrowland Brasil' on the homepage. Make sure your personal details are up-to-date, as they will be used during the ticket sale.
If you do not have a Tomorrowland Account, you can create one at my.tomorrowland.com.
If you do not complete the Pre-Registration, you will not have access to the ticket sale, but please note that Pre-Registration does not guarantee you will be able to buy tickets. On the day of the ticket sale, the link to the shop will be available in your account.
How to order Tomorrowland Brasil Passes & DreamVille Packages
Ticket Sale Process
After completing the Pre-Registration, follow the instructions to make your purchase.
STEP 1: Ticket sale
On the day of the ticket sale, go to your Tomorrowland Account and click the "enter shop" button. Pay attention to check the different tickets types before purchase to ensure you select the correct one. You can purchase up to 6 tickets per account.
STEP 2: Personal details
Verify your personal details.
STEP 3: Payment completion
You must pay for your ticket at the time of purchase; otherwise, your order will not be completed, and your tickets will be available for purchase again.
Check in advance if your credit card limit is sufficient, and if necessary, contact your bank or credit card provider.
Available payment methods are Mastercard, Visa, Elo credit card, and Pix. All purchases can be split into installments of up to 6x (with interest).
STEP 4: Confirmation email
After payment, you will receive a confirmation email with all the details of your purchase and a link to personalize your ticket. In this confirmation email, you can find your order number and the delivery address confirmed by you at the time of ticket purchase. Save this email until the end of the festival. In this email, you won't receive your e-tickets yet.
STEP 5: Personalization
After completing the purchase, it is necessary to customize each ticket. Fill in the required information such as full name, email address, documents such as RG and CPF for Brazilians, and passport number for foreigners. If you have purchased the ticket for friends, it will be necessary to fill in the data of the respective participants. You will only receive your e-tickets after personalizing it.
The deadline for customization is mentioned in the confirmation email.
Important: do not forget to customize. Tickets that are not customized may be canceled. In this case, a refund will be issued to the Main Buyer.
Before entering the festival, the identity of each visitor will be verified. If the name on your identification document does not match the name associated with your Bracelet, access to the festival may be denied.
STEP 6: Tomorrowland Brasil Bracelet
Closer to the festival, the Main Buyer will receive the Tomorrowland Brasil Bracelets at the shipping address indicated, along with the Treasure Case.
Each participant needs to activate their own Bracelet.
After activating your Bracelet, you can top it up with Pearls. More information about the shipment and activation of your Bracelet will be available soon.
STEP 7: Enjoy Tomorrowland Brasil!
Attention: The modality of ticket for People With Disabilities will be available for Tomorrowland Brasil tickets. If you are part of this group, pay attention when selecting the desired ticket.
Ticket prices
Half price
According to federal and São Paulo state law, those who meet the requirements and present proof of their eligibility are entitled to half-price tickets. For more information on half-price tickets, visit the FAQ.
Social ticket
The Social Ticket is a ticket category that offers a 40% discount on the total ticket price. Of the Social Ticket price, R$ 30,00 will be donated to the Tomorrowland Foundation.
This donation is already part of the 40% discount and is made automatically when you buy your ticket. All nationalities can select this ticket category.
Payment methods
You can purchase your ticket with Credit Card (Mastercard, Visa, and Elo) and via Pix. Corporate cards will not be accepted. All credit card purchases can be split into up to 6 installments (with interest).
Official Box Office
You can purchase your tickets in person, to waive the delivery fee, at Anzu Club, located at 2555 Tiradentes Avenue, Parque Industrial, Itu.

Important Information
• You can purchase up to 8 tickets per person;
• Ticket prices do not include delivery fees, which will be provided at the time of purchase, considering the Main Buyer's address;
• The shipment of the Treasure Case is limited to those who choose to receive their Bracelet at home. One Treasure Case will be sent for every two bracelets;
• Treasure Cases will not be available at the Bracelet Pick-Up Desk;
• Tomorrowland Brasil is not responsible for any additional import fees charged by each country. If any charges occur in this regard, the Main Buyer is responsible for payment.
How to order Global Journey Travel Packages
Ticket Sale Process
After completing the Pre-Registration, follow the instructions to make your purchase.
STEP 1: Tomorrowland Account
Sign in or create your Tomorrowland Account during the Pre-Registration. Make sure you are preregistered for Tomorrowland Brasil 2024.
STEP 2: Check the Price Simulator
Before the Global Journey Sale starts, you can already compose your own package in the Price Simulator.
Attention: prices in the Price Simulator can slightly deviate from the prices of the Global Journey Sale.
STEP 3: Select your preferred Package type
On the day of the sale, go to your Tomorrowland Account and click on the link to access the Global Journey Sale. Select the Package you would like to book. You can choose between Bus Packages, Flight Packages and Hotel Packages.
STEP 4: Choose the content of your package
Depending on the Package type you select, you need to choose the city you want to depart from, your accommodation and the type of your Tomorrowland Brasil Pass.
STEP 5: Review your order
After you assembled your Package, you can continue and will get a total overview of your order. Please double-check and click on "Place your order''.
STEP 6: Check-out
The Main Buyer Information (First Name, Last Name, Address, Phone, Email, Gender, Nationality and Birthdate) will be automatically filled in with the details from your Tomorrowland Account.
At the bottom of the page, you need to fill in all customer details of the people who will accompany you (First Name, Last Name, City, Phone, Email, Gender, Nationality and Birthdate).
The Main Buyer doesn't have to be among the personalized names and doesn't have to attend the festival.
You have 15 minutes to complete the details. Make sure you already have the correct customer details before the start of the sale.
"Go to payment" if you want to finalize your order.
STEP 7: Pay your package
The last step is to pay your package. Check if the spending limit of your credit card is high enough and if you are allowed to make international payments (to Brasil). Otherwise, please contact your bank. Failed payments will not be reprocessed, and your application will automatically be rejected.
Select your payment method and don't forget that you automatically agree to the Global Journey General Rules & Conditions.
STEP 8: Confirmation
If your payment is accepted, a confirmation of your order will appear on your screen. The booking confirmation will also be sent to the email of the Main Buyer. Make sure to check your spam folder or unwanted emails.

You can purchase your package with Credit card (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Elo), Apple Pay and via PIX.
For individuals with a Brazilian CPF, it will be possible to pay in installments up to 12x with interest.
Payment fees
A fee of 4.16% + BRL 0.45 is applied for transactions made through Stripe (international payments).
A installment fee starting from 3,627% (1x) up to 13.99% (12x) is applied for payment via Pagar.me (national payments).
