Important: To participate in the Tomorrowland Brasil 2027 Ticket Sale, it is strongly recommended to create your account at least 2 hours before the sale starts and make sure your personal details and shipping address are up to date.
Festival tickets
On the day of the ticket sale, log in to your Tomorrowland Account and click the "enter shop" button.
Check the different ticket types on the website before the sale starts, to make sure you select the right one. You can purchase up to 6 tickets per Tomorrowland Account.
Don't forget to check that your personal details are up to date.
You must pay for your ticket at the time of purchase, otherwise your order will not be completed and the tickets will become available for purchase again.
Check in advance that your credit card limit is sufficient, and contact your bank or card provider if needed.
After payment, you will receive a confirmation email with all the details of your purchase and a link to personalize your ticket(s). This email will include your order number and the shipping address you confirmed at checkout.
Keep this email until the end of the Festival. This email does not yet include your e-tickets.
After purchase, each ticket must be personalized. For buyers who chose to pick up their Bracelet at the Festival, the only way to do so is by presenting the voucher, which will be sent only after ticket personalization.
Fill in the required information. If you bought tickets for friends, you will need to fill in their details as well. The personalization deadline is stated in your confirmation email.
Important: don't forget to personalize your tickets. Non-personalized tickets may be canceled, in which case a refund will be issued to the main buyer.
Before entering the Festival, each visitor's identity will be checked. If the name on the ID document does not match the name associated with the Bracelet, access to the Festival may be denied.
• In accordance with São Paulo's federal and state laws, those who meet the requirements and provide proof of eligibility are entitled to a discounted half-price ticket.
• The social ticket is available to all nationalities and offers a 40% discount on the total ticket price. A R$30.00 donation to the Tomorrowland Foundation will be automatically added at checkout.
• You can purchase packages combining a maximum of 6 tickets in total.
• Packages do not include delivery fees, which will be applied at checkout based on the selected address.
• Subject to availability, one Treasure Case will be sent for every two Bracelets.
• Tomorrowland Brasil is not responsible for any additional import fees charged by each country. Should such charges apply, the Main Buyer will be responsible for payment.
You can purchase your ticket with Credit Card (Mastercard, Visa, and Elo), Google Pay and via Pix. Corporate cards will not be accepted.
For individuals with a Brazilian CPF, payment can be made in up to 3 installments without interest and up to 4 to 10 installments with interest.
Global Journey Travel Packages
On the day of the sale, log in to your Tomorrowland Account and click the link to access the Global Journey sale. Select the package you wish to book. You can choose between Bus Packages, Flight Packages, Hotel Packages, and Discover Brasil.
Depending on the type of package chosen, you will need to select your departure city, your accommodation, and your Festival ticket type.
Once you've built your package, you can continue and get an overview of your order. Check that everything is correct and click "Complete order."
Global Journey Packages must be personalized during the sale.
The main buyer's information (first name, last name, address, phone number, email, gender, nationality, and date of birth) will be automatically filled in with your Tomorrowland Account details. So make sure your account is up to date before the sale.
At the bottom of the page, you will need to fill in the details of all companions.
The main buyer does not need to be one of the personalized names and does not need to attend the Festival.
You have 15 minutes to complete the information. Make sure you have the correct details on hand before the sale starts. Click "Proceed to payment" to complete your order.
Check that your credit card limit is sufficient and that you are authorized to make international payments (to Brazil). If not, contact your bank.
Failed payments will not be processed again, and your request will be automatically rejected. Select your payment method and complete your purchase.
If the payment is accepted, your order confirmation will appear on screen. Booking confirmation will also be sent to the main buyer's email.
Check your spam or junk folder.
You can purchase your package with a credit card (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Elo) and via PIX. For individuals with a Brazilian CPF, payment in up to 12 installments with interest will be available.
A fee of 4.77% + R$0.40 applies to payments made in a single installment.
An installment fee ranging from 5.67% + R$0.40 (2x) up to 13.86% + R$0.40 (12x) applies to payments made via IUGU (domestic payments).
• All tickets must be personalized. The personalization deadline will be specified in your confirmation email. If your ticket is not personalized within the stated deadline, Tomorrowland Brasil reserves the right to cancel your order and put the tickets back on sale. In this case, Tomorrowland will issue a refund to the Main Buyer (excluding the ticket refund fee).
• Name changes will not be allowed after the personalization period. Each ticket must be assigned to a single person. If the name on the Bracelet does not match the name on the ID document, access may be denied.
• If you purchased DreamVille accommodation for more than one person, all visitors staying in that accommodation must be personalized.
• You will receive your e-tickets after personalization.
