You need your Tomorrowland Bracelet to access the Festival and DreamVille and to pay for food and drinks.
Residents of Brazil who complete their purchase by September 10, 2025 will receive their Bracelet at home after payment of the shipping fee. Other buyers will be able to choose between home delivery or pick-up at the Festival.
For purchases after September 10, 2025, all buyers will need to pick up their Bracelets at the Bracelet Pick-Up Desk at the Festival.
If the home delivery option was selected during purchase, the Main Buyer will receive all the Bracelets related to their order at their address. If a friend purchased your ticket, remember that all information regarding the Bracelet and the purchase will be sent to their email.
If you completed your purchase by April 30, 2025, and chose to receive your Bracelets at home, they will be sent in a Treasure Case. One Treasure Case will be sent for every two Bracelets.
For purchases made after April 30, 2025, all Bracelets will be sent in a personalized envelope.
Shipping fees may vary depending on the destination. Tomorrowland Brasil is not responsible for any additional import fees charged by each country. If any charges apply, payment will be the responsibility of the Main Buyer.
If your Bracelet cannot be shipped due to incorrect information provided at the time of purchase, the delivery fee will not be refunded, and you will need to pick up your Bracelet at the Bracelet Pick-Up Desk at the Festival.
After purchase, the Main Buyer must personalize the tickets and link guest information to the corresponding Bracelets.
If Bracelet Pick-Up was selected, personalization is essential. Only after completing this step, the Main Buyer will receive the Pick-Up voucher for their order via email, which must be presented at the Bracelet Pick-Up Desk. Without the voucher, the Bracelet(s) cannot be collected at the Festival.
Please note: a Treasure Case is not included for pick-up at the Festival.
Bracelet Shipment will start in August for all countries, for people that requested shipment of the Bracelet(s) during check-out. There is no set end date for shipments.
Up to three delivery attempts will be made; if delivery is unsuccessful, the Bracelet will need to be picked up at the Bracelet Pick-Up Desk on the day of the Festival (in this case, the delivery fee will not be refunded).
You can track your order using the links below or through the Main Buyer’s Tomorrowland Account. To activate your Bracelet, you need to have your own Tomorrowland Account. If you don’t have one yet, you can create one here.
If you cannot find your order on the tracking website, it means it is still being processed and has not been shipped yet. In this case, please have patience and try again in a few days.
Tomorrowland Brasil is a cashless Festival, which means your Bracelet will be your method of payment at the Festival and DreamVille.
As soon as you receive your Bracelet, you will be able to top it up with Pearls, the official currency of Tomorrowland. More information will be available soon.
