Top up Pearls on your Bracelet in advance and receive an automatic refund after the Festival
After receiving your Treasure Case and Bracelet(s) at home and completing the Bracelet Activation process, you can top up your Bracelet with Pearls.
If you chose to have the Bracelet delivered to your home and have not received it yet, you will need to wait for the delivery before doing an online Top-Up.
If chose to pick up your Bracelet at the Festival or if you purchase your ticket after September 10, you will be able to top up online using the e-ticket you received after personalization.

Information may take up to 24 hours to update after your transactions.
No top-ups made after October 8, 23:59 BRT are eligible for Bonus Pearls.
If you topped up online, whether or not you also topped up physically during the event, and the remaining Pearls balance after the Festival is lower than your original online top-up amount, your refund will be processed automatically after the Festival.
Important: If your remaining balance is higher than your original online top-up amount (because you also topped up at the Festival), you will need to request a refund using the manual refund form, which will be available in your Tomorrowland Account after the Festival.
STEP 1: Log into your Tomorrowland Account
Log in to your Tomorrowland Account and click on “My Bracelet” in the sidebar on the left.
STEP 2: Keep your Bracelet at hand and click "Activate"
Check if the Bracelet you received from the Main Buyer is the correct one by comparing the code on the back of your Bracelet with the suggestion you will find in your Tomorrowland Account.
If you have the correct Bracelet, click "Activate".
If you have chosen to pick up your Bracelet at the Festival, you can use the code on your e-ticket for activation*.
*Code is located above the QR Code, and starts right after the first 6 digits.
STEP 3: Complete the Top-Up
Select “Cashless Top-Up” and choose the amount of Pearls that you want to top up and complete payment.
STEP 4: Check your email
You will receive a confirmation email when your top-up was successful.
When you top up Pearls onto your Bracelet before or during the Festival using your Bybit Card, you’ll receive 20% cashback on food and beverage purchases.*
The cashback will be granted after the Festival, based on the total amount spent, with a limit of 50 USD per person.
To participate, simply top up Pearls with your Bybit Card. The cashback will be credited after the Festival directly to the Bybit Account linked to the Bybit Card used for the top-up(s).

You can arrive at the Festival with your Bracelet ready to use, without having to go to a Cashless Top-Up booth before getting food and drinks.
In addition, if you have unspent Pearls after the Festival, you will receive an automatic refund.
Important: If your remaining balance is higher than your original online top-up amount (because you made additional top-ups at the Festival), you will need to request a refund using the manual refund form, which will be available in your Tomorrowland Account after the Festival.
For every R$192.00 topped up in a single transaction before the Bonus Pearls Top-Up deadline, you will receive 1 Bonus Pearl worth the equivalent of one unit of water.
To receive Bonus Pearls, you must make an online Top-Up online before October 8, 2025 - 23:59 BRT.
If you received the Bracelet at home, make sure you activate the correct Bracelet by comparing the code on the back of the Bracelet with the Bracelet suggestion in your Account.
If you didn’t choose to receive the Bracelet at home, use your e-ticket, which you received via email after personalization, for activation and top-up.
