Top up your Bracelet with Pearls online in advance. That way, unspent Pearls will be automatically be refunded after the Festival.
All unused Pearls will be refunded, except for Bonus Pearls.
A transaction fee of 1 Pearl applies for the refund. Bonus Pearls cannot be used to pay the refund fee.
This transaction fee covers the cost charged by the service provider and the cost of the service to make your refund process smooth and secure.
An automatic refund will be processed for Bracelets that were topped up online, provided that the remaining balance of unspent Pearls is lower than the original online top-up amount.
If your balance exceeds your original online top-up amount, a manual refund request will be required via the form in your Tomorrowland Account.

All automatic refunds will be processed starting November 1, 2025. It may take up to 3 weeks for all refunds to be completed. Your refund will appear on your next credit card statement or PIX account.

For Bracelets that were topped up only at the Festival or DreamVille, or when the amount of unspent Pearls exceeds the original online top-up amount, the manual refund form must be completed. Be sure to enter your information carefully when requesting the refund.

The manual refund form will be available in your Tomorrowland Account under the “My Bracelet” tab from October 13, 2025 – 12:00 BRT until November 15, 2025 - 23:59 BRT.
