Global Journey Terms & Conditions

    SPECIFIC TERMS AND CONDITIONS

    GLOBAL JOURNEY 2025 

     

    Before buying a Global Journey Package, the Buyer must read, understand, and Accept these Global Journey 2025 Specific Terms and Conditions (the “Global Journey Terms and Conditions”), as well as the Tomorrowland Brasil 2025 General Terms and Conditions, available at https://brasil.tomorrowland.com/en/sales-info/terms-conditions/ and any Organizer Policies and Third-Party Terms and Conditions that apply to your purchase. If Buyer does not agree with such terms, conditions and policies, he/she must refrain from purchasing the Global Journey Package and from participating in Tomorrowland Brasil 2025. 

     

    Any capitalized terms not defined in these Global Journey Terms and Conditions shall bear the meanings ascribed to them in the Tomorrowland Brasil 2025 General Terms and Conditions. In case of any conflict, the Global Journey Terms and Conditions shall take precedence. Inside Music Land will furnish the Buyer with the remaining Organizer Policies and Third-Party Terms and Conditions pertinent to the purchase of a Global Journey Package prior to finalizing the transaction. 

     

    1. General 

     

    1.  “Global Journey” is a travel package subject to regulation under the General Tourism Law (Law No. 11.771/2008), the Consumer Protection Code (Law No. 8.078/1990), the Brazilian Civil Code (Law No. 10.406/2002), and other relevant laws, resolutions, and decrees. It represents the official Tomorrowland Brasil 2025 travel package, providing Visitors with complete experience, managing their journey from departure to return home. 

     

    1. GLOBAL JOURNEY IS SOLD AND MANAGED BY THE TRAVEL AGENCY INSIDE MUSIC LAND, qualified under the Tomorrowland Brasil 2025 General Terms and Conditions. These Global Journey Terms and Conditions, the Tomorrowland Brasil 2025 General Terms and Conditions, the Organizer's Policies, and applicable Third-Party Terms and Conditions, including those set forth by the airlines, bus operators, and hotels, form an integral and inseparable part of the contract established between the Buyer and Inside Music Land.  

     

    1. The Global Journey Packages are designed to accommodate individuals with reduced mobility. Buyers are encouraged to read carefully these Global Journey Terms and Conditions for further details, and for additional information, they may reach out to the Global Journey customer service via globaljourneybrasil@support.insidefy.store

     

     

    1. Global Journey Packages 

     

    1. To buy a Global Journey Package, Buyers must first pre-register by creating a Tomorrowland Account through the following link https://my.tomorrowland.com/home. The rules applicable to the creation of a Tomorrowland Account are set forth in the Tomorrowland Brasil 2025 General Terms and Conditions. 

     

    1. The Global Journey Packages are sold exclusively by Inside Music Land, through its official website, available at https://globaljourneybrasil.insidefy.store. Inside Music Land and the Organizer do not sell Global Journey Packages through any other means, nor is any other party allowed to sell Global Journey Packages. The Organizer and Inside Music Land bear no responsibility for any scams or fraudulent activities perpetrated against the Buyer outside their official platforms, so we recommend that Global Journey Packages be purchased cautiously and in adherence to the official guidelines of the Organizer and Inside Music Land. 

     

    1. Upon purchase, Buyer must select one of the following types of Global Journey Package: 

     

    • Hotel Package: It includes (i) hotel accommodation, according to item 2.5 below, (ii) transfer between the Event and the place of accommodation, and (iii) Full Madness Pass Tickets (regular, Comfort or N1);  

    • Bus Package: It includes (i) hotel accommodation, according to item 2.5 below, or DreamVille, pursuant to item 2.5.2 below, (ii) transfer between the Event and the accommodation location, in case of hotel, (iii) Full Madness Pass Tickets (regular,  Comfortor N1), and (iv) bus tickets between São Paulo/SP (State of São Paulo) [(Barra Funda or Santo André)], as chosen by the Buyer at the moment of the purchase, and the place of accommodation; 

    • Flight Package: It includes (i) hotel accommodation, according to item 2.5 below, or DreamVille, pursuant to item 2.5.2 below, (ii) transfer between the Event and the accommodation location, in case of hotel (iii) Full Madness Pass Tickets (regular, Comfort or N1), (iv) flight tickets between Buenos Aires (Argentina) [(Buenos Aires International Airport – Ezeiza)], Santiago (Chile) [(Arturo Merino Benítez International Airport)], Bogotá (Colombia) [(El Dorado International Airport)],  Lima (Peru) [(Jorge Chávez International Airport)], Miami (USA) [(Miami International Airport)], New York (USA) [(John F. Kennedy International Airport)], or Los Angeles (EUA) [(LosAngeles International Airport)], Mexico City (México) [(International Airport Benito Juárez)] or London (UK) [(Heathrow International Airport)] as chosen by the Buyer at the time of purchase, and Guarulhos/SP International Airport, or domestic flight tickets between Rio de Janeiro  [(Santos Dumont Airport)], Belo Horizonte [(Confins International Airport - Tancredo Neves)], Curitiba [(International Airport Afonso Pena)] as chosen by the Buyer at the time of purchase, and Viracopos International Airport (Campinas/SP) and (v) transfer between Guarulhos/SP International Airport and Viracopos International Airport (Campinas/SP), to the place of accommodation. 

     

    1. It is not allowed to consume alcoholic beverages aboard the Bus Package buses, the transfer between the Event and the place of accommodation, or the transfer between the airport and the place of accommodation. The alcoholic beverages that Visitors wish to transport in these vehicles must be stored in the bus hold, up to twelve (12) cans per person, with a maximum volume of five hundred (500) ml per can. The Global Journey staff, comprised of employees of the Organizer and of Inside Music Land, and the bus driver are authorized to refuse to transport people under the influence of alcohol aboard, at their sole discretion. 

     

    1. The plane and bus tickets of those who purchase a Flight Package, or a Bus Package will be sent to the Buyer's email address before the date of their trip. The Buyer must check their inbox, spam folder, or deleted and blocked emails to locate the tickets, assuming full responsibility to share with the Visitors included in their purchase. 

     

    1. The transfer between the Event and the place of accommodation will occur at scheduled times and previously communicated to the Visitors, according to the schedule to be announced in due course. 

     

    1. It is not possible to schedule specific times or in any way change the transportation schedules, which will follow the provisions of item 2.4 above and may be freely changed by the Organizer, Inside Music Land and/or the company responsible for the transportation according to their own criteria, always seeking the best experience for all Visitors. 

     

    1. Among the accommodation options, the Buyer must select one of the following at the time of purchase: 

     

    • Experience: Itu Novotel Hotel; 

    • Gold: Itu Plaza Hotel; 

    • Silver: San Raphael Country Club Hotel, Vitoria Hotel Convention Indaiatuba, Blue Tree Premium Alphaville, Rio Hotel by Bourbon Indaiatuba, Hotel Transamérica Executive Sorocaba, Novotel Sorocaba, Hotel Intercity Itupeva; 

    • Bronze: Ibis Sorocaba, Ibis Budget Sorocaba, All In Sorocaba, e-Suites Sorocaba; or 

    • DreamVille: DreamVille, in the DreamVille Magnificent Greens, VidaNova 2P, Easy Tent 2P, Spectacular Easy Tent 2P, Solaris 2P, Grande 4P, Luna 2P, Astera 2P, according to the rules set forth in Annex 3 of the Tomorrowland Brasil 2025 General Terms and Conditions. For clarity, accommodation at DreamVille is not available to Purchasers who buy a Hotel Package. 

     

    1. For Global Journey Packages that do not involve accommodation at DreamVille, the Buyer may choose to book three (3) or four (4) nights in some of the hotels announced. The number of rooms required, the number of people staying in each room and the type of bed available (double or single beds) will depend on the rules of the selected hotel, which will be duly communicated to the Buyer by Inside Music Land before the purchase is completed. Upon availability, the Buyer may select rooms for one (1), two (2), three (3) or four (4) people. Even if they do not need it and have not requested it, Visitors may be accommodated in accessible rooms, depending on the accommodation options that are available according to the type of room selected by the Buyer at the time of purchase. It is not possible to share a room with someone that is not a Visitor included in the purchase made by the same Buyer. 

     

    1. For Global Journey Packages involving accommodation at DreamVille, the Buyer must select a DreamVille Package that meets the number of Visitors included in his/her purchase according to the options listed in section 1.3 of Annex 3 of the Tomorrowland Brasil 2025 General Terms and Conditions. 

     

    1. The Buyer acknowledges and agrees that all Global Journey Packages necessarily involve the purchase of a Full Madness Pass (regular, Comfort or N1), with access to all three (3) days of the Festival and to The Gathering event (except for Buyers who purchase a Global Journey Package with hotel accommodation for only three (3) nights), and that it is not possible to purchase separate Tickets for each of the Festival days. 

     

    1. Buyer will not be able to change the type of Ticket selected after he/she completes the purchase of his/her Global Journey Package. Therefore, if the Buyer has purchased Full Madness Pass Comfort Tickets, Full Madness Pass N1 Tickets, he/she cannot exchange them for regular Full Madness Pass Tickets, and vice versa. 

     

    1. The maximum number of Visitors covered by Global Journey Packages that can be purchased by the same Buyer is six (6). For example, if a Buyer buys one (1) Global Journey Package that attends four (4) Visitors, he/she can only buy two (2) additional Global Journey Packages that attend one (1) Visitor or one (1) additional Global Journey Package that attends two (2) Visitors.  

     

    1. It is the Buyer's responsibility to submit his/her data, as well as the data of the Visitors included in his/her order, in a correct, complete, and updated manner on the registration form during the purchase of the Global Journey Packages. The Tickets, flight or bus tickets, and other documents involved in the Global Journey Package will be issued according to the data provided by the Buyer at the time of purchase, so neither Inside Music Land nor the Organizer are responsible for errors generated because of incorrect, incomplete, or outdated registrations. 

     

    1. Until June 30, 2025, the Buyer may change the data of the Visitors registered by him/her in the Global Journey Packages acquired by him/her, by sending a request to the e-mail address globaljourneybrasil@support.insidefy.store and paying a fee of BRL 250.00 to Inside Music Land. After the Buyer carries out the initial registration of a Visitor, in accordance with item 2.8 above, each Global Journey Package may undergo one (1) single change to the registration data. After the deadline set out in this item or after one (1) change has been made, the data cannot be changed, and the Buyer shall bear any responsibility resulting from such lack of update. 

     

    1. The delivery of the Tomorrowland Bracelets included in the Global Journey Packages will be made in accordance with the rules set forth in the Tomorrowland Brasil 2025 General Terms and Conditions, except for those who buy a Global Journey Package and chose delivery at the Box Office will also be entitled to a Treasure Case. 

     

    1. Depending on his/her country of origin, the Visitor may be required to get a visa to participate in the Event. Note that the rules applicable to each country may vary without prior notice, so Visitors and Buyers should check any recent updates to the rules with the applicable embassy. 

     

    1. The Global Journey Packages cannot be resold or exchanged, either by the Buyer or by registered Visitors. The Organizer and Inside Music Land are not responsible for Global Journey Packages purchased from or exchanged with third parties, and the Organizer and Inside Music Land reserve the right not to allow access to any of the products and/or services included in the Global Journey Package by anyone who obtained it in such a manner. 

     

    1. Buyers and/or Visitors who require special assistance, including accessible accommodation, airline tickets, and bus tickets, should send a request to the e-mail globaljourneybrasil@support.insidefy.store Tomorrowland strives to make the Event accessible to everyone, and our team is prepared to provide all necessary information and assistance. 

     

     

    1. Prices and Payment 

     

    1. The prices applicable to the Global Journey Packages are shown in Reais (BRL), per person and per Global Journey Package. During the booking procedure and in the summary of the purchase, the Buyer will see a description of the characteristics of and essential information about the Global Journey Packages included in his/her order. 

     

    1. Upon completion of the purchase of a Global Journey Package, Buyer will receive an email confirming his/her purchase.  

     

    1. If the Buyer purchased a Bus Package or Flight Package, the Global Journey Package price includes the bus or flight tickets, including applicable taxes and fees. If the Buyer selected Global Journey Packages that involve accommodation in hotels, breakfast is included in the package price.  

     

    1. The Global Journey Packages are subject to availability and the prices may change during the sales period with Inside Music Land. The Buyer must be aware and agree that the Global Journey Packages available and the prices presented in the purchase process or in any previous simulation may change before the completion of his/her purchase. 

     

    1. Notwithstanding the Third-Party Terms and Conditions practiced by Inside Music Land, which must prevail in the event of a contradiction, the payment for Global Journey Packages may be carried out with credit cards from payment companies such as Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Elo, and for Buyers with a CPF (Individual Taxpayer's Register) issued in Brazil, it will be possible to make payment in up to twelve (12) installments with interest, depending on the conditions offered by the card issuer. A fee of 2.89% (twopoint eighty-nine percent) + BRL 0.40 (forty cents) will be applied to payments made through the IUGU system, made in one (1) installment, up to 13.62% (thirteen-point sixty-two percent) + BRL 0.40 (forty cents) for payments made in twelve (12) installments.

    1.  Cancellation Conditions and Transferability  

     

    1. The Buyer acknowledges and agrees that the cancellation and refund conditions related to the Global Journey Packages are governed by these Global Journey Terms and Conditions. 

     

    1. The Global Journey Packages are refundable according to the following cancellation conditions: 

     

    • Cancellation up to seven (7) days after making an online purchase: 100% (one hundred percent) of the total amount of the package will be refunded. 

    • Cancellation until April 30, 2025: 40% (forty percent) of the total package amount will be refunded.  

    • Cancellation after May 1, 2025: no refund will be provided.  

     

    1. To request the cancellation of your Global Journey Package or to clarify any doubts, contact Inside Music Land by email at: globaljourneybrasil@support.insidefy.store . The cancellation request must include the Buyer's full name and email address, purchase date, and order number. Requests will be reviewed, processed, and answered within thirty (30) days. Cancellation requests that do not include the information mentioned above will be considered void due to the lack of data allowing for identification of the order. 

     

    1. Changes to your Travel Schedule 

     

    1. For those who purchased a Bus Package or a Flight Package, it is very important to keep an eye on the schedule of the flights or bus trips. Due to unavoidable, unforeseen, or extraordinary circumstances, there may be a change to the date and time originally scheduled for the trip. The Organizer recommends that the Buyer and the Visitors registered with the Global Journey Package pay attention to any changes to the original schedule of their trips, since the Organizer and Inside Music Land will not be responsible for any changes in the schedule, changes in the itinerary, or cancellations of their original trip. 

     

    1. After the purchase of a Bus Package or a Flight Package, Buyer will not be able to change the date and time of the flights or bus trips included in his/her purchase. Therefore, the Organizer and Inside Music Land recommend that the Buyer be sure to check the schedules before purchasing the packages.  

     

    1. In case he/she misses the initial bus trip or flight included in his/her Bus Package or Flight Package, the Visitor must contact the Inside Music Land customer service at globaljourneybrasil@support.insidefy.store . In any case, the Organizer and Inside Music Land do not provide any type of guarantee regarding the possibility of solving the problem, either by rescheduling the flight, refunding the amounts paid, or identifying good opportunities for buying new tickets. 

     

    1. THE BUYER AND THE VISITORS UNDERSTAND AND AGREE THAT FAILURE TO BOARD THE INITIAL BUS OR FLIGHT MAY RESULT IN AUTOMATIC CANCELLATION OF THEIR RETURN TICKETS BY THE RESPECTIVE BUS COMPANY OR AIRLINE. 

     

    1. Responsibility for the Execution of the Package 

     

    1. INSIDE MUSIC LAND, QUALIFIED UNDER TOMORROWLAND'S GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS, WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR THE SALE AND OPERATION OF THE GLOBAL JOURNEY PACKAGE AS A WHOLE. 

     

    1. The Buyer or registered Visitor must promptly inform Inside Music Land of any perceived failure in the operation of the Global Journey Package. Inside Music Land must promptly provide appropriate assistance to the Buyer or Registered Visitor in question. 

     

    1. The Visitor registered in the Global Journey Package is fully and exclusively responsible for obtaining all necessary travel documents (such as passports and visas), as well as for complying with all applicable laws, regulations, orders, demands, and requirements. It will be his/her responsibility to ensure that his/her travel documents and visas remain valid throughout the trip. 

     

    1. Insurance 

     

    1. THE GLOBAL JOURNEY PACKAGES DO NOT INCLUDE INSURANCE. IT IS HIGHLY RECOMMENDED THAT VISITORS CONTRACT THEIR OWN INSURANCE AS THEY DEEM APPROPRIATE, INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, HEALTH INSURANCE AND TRAVEL INSURANCE. 

     

    1. Luggage Allowance 

     

    1. The flight tickets included in the Global Journey Packages of the Flight Package category will include the following luggage: one (1) luggage weighing up to twenty-three (23) kg and one (1) hand luggage weighing up to ten (10) kg. 

     

    1. As per the Bus Packages, the registered Visitor may carry one (1) hand luggage of up to seven (7) kg, one (1) luggage of up to twenty (20) kg, and one (1) tent of up to ten (10) kg.  

      

    1. Accommodation - Rules and Conditions 

     

    1. For Global Journey Packages that do not involve accommodation at DreamVille, Visitors must check in at the selected accommodation between 2:00 PM and 11:59 PM, depending on the time specified in the description of the hotel chosen at the time of purchase Thursday (10/09), if they have booked four (4) nights at the hotel, or on Friday (10/10), if they have booked three (3) nights at the hotel. If the Visitor checks in and his/her room is not yet ready for occupancy before the transfer leaves for the Event, the Visitor can leave his/her luggage at the front desk of the hotel and pick it up after returning from the Event. Inside Music Land and the Organizer are not responsible for luggage and personal belongings left at the front desk of the hotel. The check-out must be done before 12:00 PM BRT, depending on the time specified in the description of the hotel chosen at the time of purchase, on Monday (10/13). 

     

    1. When checking in, the Visitor must make sure to bring his/her identification document or passport, which will be required by the hotel staff and must match the data registered with that Global Journey Package.  

     

    1. For Global Journey Packages involving accommodation at DreamVille, the rules for accessing, staying, and leaving DreamVille are set out in Annex 3 of the Tomorrowland Brasil 2025 General Terms and Conditions. 

     

    1. All Visitors and any third parties accompanying them are required to comply with the “Hotels’ General Rules” (set out in Annex 1) and the rules and regulations specific to each hotel in which they are staying (which will be provided to the Visitor at or before his/her check-in).  

     

    1. Any non-compliance with the Hotels’ General Rules or with the specific rules and regulations of each hotel that gives rise to any expense, duty to compensate, or loss to the Organizer and/or Inside Music Land must be fully reimbursed, and the Organizer and/or Inside Music Land may charge the amounts due directly from the deposit or credit card provided upon check-in of the room where the Visitor who made such non-compliance is staying, in accordance with item 4 of the Hotels’ General Rules. Therefore, Visitors must be aware and agree that, in the event of non-compliance with the Hotels’ General Rules, charges may be made to their deposit or credit card, even if because of the actions of other Visitors who are registered in their room. 

     

    1. Contact 

     

    1. The Global Journey FAQ may be accessed at https://tomorrowlandbrasil.zendesk.com/hc/en-us in case of any questions. The information in the FAQ complements and has the same force and effect as that contained in these Global Journey Terms and Conditions. For specific questions the answers of which are not on the website, in these Global Journey Terms and Conditions, in the Tomorrowland Brasil 2025 General Terms and Conditions, or in the FAQ, you can contact the Global Journey customer service at globaljourneybrasil@support.insidefy.store. In the event of conflicts between the answers in the FAQ and these Global Journey Terms and Conditions, these Global Journey Terms and Conditions will prevail. 

     

    1. Dispute Resolution  

     

    1. Any disputes or controversies related to the Global Journey Package must be resolved directly between the Buyer (and/or Visitor) and Inside Music Land, who must endeavor their best efforts to try to reach an amicable agreement.  

     

    1. If the attempt to reach an agreement fails and any party presents complaints regarding the execution of the Global Journey Package, all disputes will be decided by the competent Court of the Judicial District of Itu, State of São Paulo, or by the Court of the Judicial District of plaintiff domicile, to the exclusion of any other Court, however privileged it may be.  

     

     

     

    ANNEX 1 – HOTEL’S’ GENERAL RULES 

     

    1. Responsibility and Insurance 

     

    1. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the hotel will not be responsible for any damage or loss of property of Visitors. Each Visitor accepts their responsibility to insure their own property. 

     

    1. Behavior 

     

    1. The Visitor must behave in accordance with the accepted standards and the rules of the hotel in which he/she is staying. Any serious or repeated violation of the hotel's house rules entitles the hotel to terminate the Visitor's stay without prior notice. 

     

    1. The Visitor is liable towards the hotel for any damage caused to people, hotel property, facilities, and equipment, as well as to public access areas, by the Visitor and/or his/her guests. 

     

    1. The Visitor agrees to inform the hotel of any change in the use of the rented premises and not to invite any person, especially anyone whose behavior, reputation, or respectability may in any way harm the property or moral reputation of the hotel. In the event of non-compliance with this obligation, the hotel has the right to refuse the people concerned without compensation or indemnification.  

     

    1. Security 

     

    1. The Visitor acknowledges the hotel's right to take any emergency measures it deems necessary. These measures will be dictated by the management in a situation which puts the safety of any person or persons in danger. The Visitor has no right to claim any compensation or indemnification from the hotel after such emergency measures are taken. 

     

    1. The hotel reserves the right, in a situation where the behavior of one or more Visitors puts the safety of the people or the safety of the hotel in general at risk, to terminate the stay of such Visitors at the hotel without prior notice and without any compensation or indemnification. 

     

    1. Check-in 

     

    1. A security deposit and a valid government identification document with photos will be required upon check-in. The security deposit may be used for any incidental charges (such as telephone and restaurant costs) that may be incurred during the stay of the Visitor and that of the other people accompanying him/her. Most common credit cards are acceptable to establish the deposit. The amount will be blocked on the credit card submitted to the hotel staff. Alternatively, the hotel may decide that the deposit may also be paid in cash. In case no incidental charge has been made and if the deposit was paid by credit card, the hotel will release the remaining amount of the authorization. If the security deposit has been paid in cash, the hotel will refund the amount in cash (in the Real currency). In general, without guaranteeing so, check-in can be done between 02:00 PM and 11:59 PM, depending on the time specified in the description of the hotel chosen at the time of purchase. If the Visitor believes he/she might arrive after 11:59 PM, he/she must contact the hotel. Early check-in is subject to hotel approval, it may involve additional charges and is subject to room availability.  

     

    1. Check-out 

     

    1. The Visitor can check out at any time before the hotel's check-out time, which is generally, without guaranteeing so, around 12:00 PM, depending on the time specified in the description of the hotel chosen at the time of purchase. If the Visitor needs to check out on a previous day, the hotel will not be able to credit him/her for the unused portion of his/her stay. 

     

    1. Extra Costs 

     

    1. The Visitor is responsible for any and all additional costs and/or expenses incurred or consumed at the hotel that are not included in their package and must make payment for these amounts directly to the hotel or service provider, as determined by them. 

     

    1. Dispute Resolution 

     

    1. The Visitor agrees, in case of complaints, to contact the hotel management directly. The Visitor will try to resolve the dispute amicably and will refrain from communicating the content of the complaint through the press, social media or any other known means without having notified the hotel beforehand. All complaints must be made in writing, by registered mail, within seven (7) calendar days after the event. Any complaint received after this period will not be taken into consideration. In case of disputes or legal proceedings, all disputes will be decided by the competent Court of the Judicial District of Itu, State of São Paulo, or by the Court of the Judicial District of plaintiff domicile, to the exclusion of any other Court, however privileged it may be.  

     

    1. Smoking 

     

    1. Visitors must seek information on the smoking policies practiced by the hotel of their choice, fully complying with them, under penalty of paying fines and fees for cleaning the environment.
