We have faced challenging times, and we are still heartbroken that we could not have welcomed you at the Festival site of Tomorrowland Brasil 2023.

Compensation options


From November 6 till November 25, all Main Buyers were given the chance to fill out the form and choose between the options below for their compensation.

 

Friday Pass 

  • A Day Pass for Tomorrowland Brasil 2024, of a similar ticket type (regular/comfort);
  • A full refund of your Friday Pass .

Full Madness Pass

  • A voucher for a part of the Full Madness Pass, which can be used as a payment method in a dedicated Pre-Sale for Tomorrowland Brasil 2024;
  • A partial refund of the Full Madness Pass (excluding donation to Tomorrowland Foundation, for Social Tickets and Shipping Fee, if applicable).  

DreamVille Packages 

  • A voucher for a part of the DreamVille Package, which can be used as a payment method in a dedicated Pre-Sale for Tomorrowland Brasil 2024;
  • A partial refund of the DreamVille Package.  

Hotel Packages 

  • A voucher for a part of the Full Madness Pass included in the Package, which can be used as a payment method in a dedicated Pre-Sale for Tomorrowland Brasil 2024;
  • A partial refund of the Full Madness Pass included in the Package.  

Refund Timeline


For all those who opted for a refund of the ticket value for Friday, the refund process started on 12/12.


  • Refunds via PIX: The process is scheduled to be completed by December 14.
  • Refunds via Credit Card: The process is scheduled to begin from December 12. The refund will appear on your credit card statement, and it may take 1 to 2 statements, depending on the closing date of your statement.

Important Information


In case the refund info provided by you was incorrect, your refund will not be processed within the timeline indicated above. You will be contacted to provide the correct refund info.

 

All refunds will be paid to the Main Buyer. In case you have filled in the details of a third party (name, CPF or banking details), this info will be disregarded.
