Cashless Terms and Conditions

Terms and Conditions for Cashless Payment

The terms and definitions set forth in the General Terms and Conditions of the Event (available at https://brasil.tomorrowland.com/en/terms-conditions/) also apply to these Specific Terms and Conditions for Cashless Payment.

These Specific Terms and Conditions for Cashless Payment will also be made available at the Event’s Customer Service desks via QR Code. Any Visitor who purchases Pearls for the Event—whether through the Top-Up Booth(s) or their Tomorrowland Account—shall be deemed to have accepted these Specific Terms and Conditions for Cashless Payment.

Tomorrowland Brasil 2025 is a Cashless Event, which means all purchases made during the Event will not be conducted using physical currency but rather via the Event Bracelet.

1. Definitions

1.1. “Cashless System” refers to the payment method used at the Event, covering both the Festival and DreamVille areas. The Event Organizer reserves the right to allow other payment methods.

1.2. “Pearl(s)” are the official currency of the Event. Visitors may purchase Pearls through their Tomorrowland Brasil Account or at the on-site Cashless Top-Up Booth(s). Pearls will be activated on the corresponding Bracelet. Each Pearl is valued at R$9.60 (nine reais and sixty cents).

1.3. “Cashless Top-Up Booth(s)” are physical points located throughout the Festival and DreamVille where Visitors may load and/or reload Pearls onto their Bracelet.

2. Transactions and Operations

2.1. Online Top-Up: The Organizer will offer Visitors the option to load Pearls before the start of the Event. Online Top-Ups must be made through the Tomorrowland Account by selecting the Bracelet number to be credited.

2.1.1. Bonus Pearls: The Organizer will grant a bonus of 1 Pearl for every R$192.00 (one hundred ninety-two reais) in a single Online Top-Up transaction made until October 8, 2025 at 23:59 (BRT).

2.2. On-Site Top-Up Transactions:

2.2.1. Starting from 00:01 on October 10, 2025, all loads and reloads can only be made at the Event, at Cashless Top-Up Booth(s).

2.3. Transactions and operations with the Bybit Card

2.3.1. For information regarding loading, reloading, and benefits related to the Bybit Card, please refer to the Terms & Conditions available at >

3. Refunds

3.1. No Pearls will be refunded during the Event, even if a Visitor is denied entry.

3.2. Bonus Pearls and Pearls preloaded by the Organizer are non-refundable.

3.3. All refunds are subject to a refund fee of 1 Pearl (i.e., R$9.60), which will be disclosed to the Visitor at the time of purchase.

3.4. Automatic Refunds:

3.4.1. All transactions made through Online Top-Up (via Tomorrowland Account) are eligible for automatic refunds, even if the Visitor performed an on-site reload, provided that the remaining balance on the Bracelet is less than the total amount loaded online. Automatic refunds only apply when payments are processed via Bancontact, iDeal, VISA, or Mastercard. The Organizer reserves the right to add or remove payment processors or methods as needed. If a Visitor performs an on-site reload, the refund will only be automatic if the final account balance is equal to or less than the online Online Top-Up amount.

3.4.2. Automatic refunds will begin to be processed by the Organizer within 7 business days after the end of the Event. This timeline is subject to delays beyond the Organizer’s control. Refunds will be issued using the same payment method used for the online load. If the payment method has expired or is no longer valid, refunds will not be processed. The visibility of the refund on the statement depends on the currency, country, and processing time of the payment method.

3.4.3. The Organizer will not be able to change the refund method—the refund will always be returned to the original method used for payment.

3.5. Manual Refunds:

3.5.1. Manual refunds must be requested by Visitors no later than November 16, 2025, at 11:59 p.m. (BRT), via QR Code provided during the Event or through the Tomorrowland Account from October 13, 2025. Requests submitted after this deadline will not be considered.

3.5.2. Manual refunds apply to all on-site loads made at Cashless Top-Up Booth(s), except for cases covered in 3.4.1.

3.5.3. Manual refunds will begin to be processed within 7 business days after the end of the request period noted in 3.5.1. Processing time may be subject to delays outside the Organizer’s control. Refunds will be made using the payment details provided by the Visitor in the “Manual Refund Form.”

3.5.4. Visitors are responsible for providing accurate refund information. If incorrect data is submitted, the Organizer reserves the right not to process the refund. Processing times vary by refund method and the system used for the top-up.

3.5.5. Refunds for international transactions are subject to bank fees charged by the Visitor’s financial institution. These refunds may take at least three additional business days to process and may include extra fees imposed by the acquiring bank. All applicable taxes and fees will be the Visitor’s responsibility.

4. Questions and Support

4.1. In case of questions, Bracelet issues, or the need for in-person support, the Visitor must go directly to one of the Event’s Info Points, where they can receive specialized assistance. Questions regarding transactions can also be submitted at the Cashless Top-Up Booth(s) or emailed to cashless@tomorrowlandbrasil.com. Supporting documents must be provided, or the Organizer may not respond to the request.

4.2. Visitors can view their Pearl transactions (loads, reloads, and usage) through their Tomorrowland Account. Please note that updates may be delayed by up to 24 hours. For real-time statements, Visitors can go to any Cashless Top-Up Booth or Info Point.

4.3. Theft, loss, or misplacement of the Bracelet: The Organizer is not responsible for the Bracelet once delivered to the Visitor. In such cases, Visitors may deactivate their Bracelet through their Tomorrowland Account or at any Cashless Top-Up Booth.

4.4. If a Visitor notices any incorrect charges to their Bracelet, they must report it to an Info Point during the Event. After the Event ends, it will no longer be possible to correct such issues or issue a refund.

5. Third-Party Service Providers

5.1. The Cashless System used at Tomorrowland Brasil is operated with the support of specialized third-party providers.

5.2. The Event Organizer is not liable if the Cashless System fails, malfunctions, or operates partially during the Event. In such cases, the Organizer may offer an alternative form of credit, such as payment tokens.
